Gackle-Streeter 56 is a small rural public school district in North Dakota, serving pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade across two schools: Gackle-Streeter Elementary School and Gackle-Streeter High School. The district covers the communities of Gackle and Streeter, and the enrollment is very small, with only a handful of students in each grade from year to year. That scale shapes nearly everything about how this district operates and what families can expect.
The student body is nearly entirely white, with a small number of Hispanic students and a few students identified as two or more races.
