Woodland Middle School at Euharlee serves students in grades six through eight in a small residential community about nine miles southwest of Cartersville in Bartow County. The school sits on a paired campus with Euharlee Elementary School, located on Euharlee Road away from the town's historic downtown.

The enrollment is modest for a middle school, with roughly equal cohorts across the three grades. A substantial majority of students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, reflecting economic circumstances across the district. The student body is predominantly white, with smaller shares of Hispanic, Black, and multiracial students, and very few Asian students. Data on special education and English learner populations were not available.

State test results show a pattern of uneven proficiency.
