Texas Serenity Academy is a charter alternative school in Houston that has closed. The school served grades three through eight and operated in the southeast Houston area.

In its final year of operation (2022-23), the school administered state assessments to small cohorts of students across multiple grade levels. The test results show pervasive academic difficulty. In math, proficiency rates ranged from zero percent in grades three, five, and six to five percent in grades four and six, and four percent in grade seven. Grade eight showed the highest math proficiency at about one in five students. English language arts results followed a similar pattern, with zero percent proficiency in grades three and four, rising to about one in four students in grade seven and about one in three in grade eight. Science proficiency was extremely low: zero percent in grade five and four percent in grade eight. In social studies, grade eight showed zero percent proficiency.
