Harmony Science Academy-Cypress is a charter elementary school serving kindergarten through fifth grade in the Cypress area of northwest Houston. The school is part of Harmony Public Schools-Houston North, a growing charter network that has recently expanded its footprint in the region.

The school enrolls a diverse student body that reflects Cypress's demographics.
