NEW H S 4 is a future comprehensive high school in Justin, Texas, planned by Northwest ISD. The district's total tax rate has fallen significantly in recent years due to state property tax relief, making property ownership more affordable even as appraised values have risen.
NEW H S 4 will open into this landscape of growth, budget constraint, recovery, and overcrowding relief.
